About this Event
This event is hosted by Women's Health of the Fairfax County Public Safety Occupational Health (PSOHC) - but women and men alike are invited to attend!
Join us IN PERSON at the PSHQ Room 2107 for an interactive seminar that dives into honest discussions about Perimenopause in Real Life: Hormones, Stress, Sleep & Survival in High-Demand Careers.
Have you ever wondered why the strategies that used to work for your body suddenly don’t anymore? This presentation explores how chronic stress, demanding schedules, disrupted sleep, and work-life imbalance can intensify the symptoms of perimenopause and hormonal change. Designed for women in high-responsibility careers, attendees will leave with a practical understanding of hormone health and realistic, actionable strategies to improve energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, and overall well-being.
Taught by Amanda Feigenheimer, a board-certified nurse practitioner and founder of Noeli Total Wellness, a concierge wellness and aesthetic practice specializing in perimenopause support, hormone health, weight management, metabolic wellness, and natural aesthetic treatments. Known for her conservative, evidence-based approach, Ms. Feigenheimer combines medical expertise with compassionate, personalized care to help women feel heard, supported, and confident while improving their energy, health, and overall well-being.
