About this Event
Join us in person for our First Time Homebuyer Class at Nordic Inspections, 3312 39th Street S, Fargo, ND. Learn the essentials of buying your first home, from mortgages and down payment assistance to inspections and closing costs, taught by local professionals.
$10 registration per person. Each registered participant who completes the class receives a $20 gift card, emailed after class. The gift card is not tied to listing with, signing a buyer agreement with, or doing business with any instructor, or to buying a home.
Can't make it? Plans change, and we understand. Email us before your class and we will move you to a new date one time at no charge, and your $10 registration carries over. After that, a new registration is needed for any further change. We do not offer refunds, and if we have not heard from you before the class, we are unable to reschedule.
Attending this class does not obligate you to use any instructor or company. No instructor pays to participate, and no one is paid for referrals as a result of this class.
This class is organized by Kipp Harris of Kipp Harris Real Estate and Lars Knobloch of Nordic Inspections, using local professionals as instructors.
Equal Housing Opportunity. This class is open to everyone.
