Get ready for the ultimate pasta-making experience with Chef Jason—a hands-on class where you’ll learn to create fresh, silky fettuccine and bold, vibrant pesto, entirely from scratch.

What You’ll Make:

You’ll begin by mastering traditional pasta dough made with Italian 00 flour, prized for its fine texture and elasticity. From mixing and kneading to rolling and cutting, you’ll craft your own ribbons of fettuccine under Chef Jason’s expert guidance.

Then comes the highlight: making pesto by hand, the authentic way. Using a mortar and pestle, you’ll unlock the full flavor of fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and olive oil—creating a sauce that’s bright, aromatic, and deeply satisfying. This immersive process connects you to the heart of Italian cooking and brings out the best in every ingredient.

Throughout the workshop, Chef Jason will share pro tips on perfecting dough texture, pairing flavors, and choosing sauces that elevate your dish. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this class offers an unforgettable, hands-on journey through one of Italy’s most beloved culinary traditions.

Guests in the same booking will work together by sharing ingredients and equipment, and groups of two may be seated with another party. Wine and beer are available for purchase in the Hotel shop. Classes are intended for adults 18+.
