Discover the delicious world of handmade dumplings!
You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted.
In this hands-on and interactive class, you’ll be guided step-by-step through preparing flavorful dumplings and learning the techniques to confidently recreate them at home. We’ll start with helpful knife skills and filling preparation before diving into the art of dumpling folding.
You’ll learn multiple folding styles using high-quality dumpling wrappers, with plenty of time to practice your technique while Chef Dan offers guidance and helpful tips along the way. Once your dumplings are folded, you’ll learn two classic cooking methods: boiling and pan-frying, including tips for achieving perfectly cooked dumplings with deliciously crispy bottoms!
We’ll also prepare flavorful dipping sauces to enjoy alongside your dumplings, and Chef Dan will share professional tips and tricks throughout the class, from ingredient preparation to techniques you can easily use in your own kitchen.
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients you’ll need, and the class is designed to be fun, casual, and approachable. Whether you’re a dumpling enthusiast who wants to be involved in every step or a first-timer who’s happy to learn, assist, and taste test, there’s something for everyone. You’ll work alongside other guests while learning, cooking, and enjoying your creations together.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

Outside drinks are not permitted. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, however guests may purchase beverages on-site from Bear Cave Brewing.
