Turn flour and eggs into fresh, handmade pasta — no flight to Italy required!
Join our Chef Instructor for a fun, hands-on pasta-making experience. You'll learn the basics of making fresh pasta from scratch, from mixing and kneading your dough to rolling, shaping, and cutting your own pasta. Your Chef Instructor will guide you through each step, sharing tips and tricks along the way (including what to do when your dough is being a little... dramatic).
What You Will Learn:
You'll learn how to make pasta dough from scratch, explore the basics of working with flour and eggs, and practice rolling, shaping, and cutting techniques. Once your pasta is ready, you'll cook it and toss it in a bright, quick lemon white wine butter sauce, prepared for you by the chef in class.
No Experience Necessary:
Whether you're planning a fun date night, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a unique night out, this class is designed to be casual, social, and beginner-friendly. No prior cooking experience is required, and you can participate in every step or simply enjoy the experience at your own pace. All ingredients, tools, and equipment are provided, and the techniques you learn can easily be recreated at home.
Please Arrive 15 Minutes Early to Check In:
You will be seated with your booking party, and guests in the same booking will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are not included in the ticket price but are available for purchase from the venue. Outside beverages are not permitted. Guests must be 21+.
