Class Description
In this immersive, hands-on pasta workshop, you'll learn the art of crafting fresh fettuccine from scratch — from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling and cutting silky ribbons of pasta. Once your noodles are ready, the class dives into a classic basil pesto, made from scratch.
What You Will Learn:
You'll discover the bright, aromatic balance that makes a great pesto, learning essential techniques like emulsifying, balancing flavors, and achieving the perfect texture. You'll cook your sauce step-by-step alongside your Chef Instructor before tossing it with your own handmade fettuccine.
No Experience Necessary:
By the end of class, you'll plate your own dish of fresh fettuccine with pesto, enjoy your creation, and leave with the confidence to recreate both the sauce and the pasta in your own kitchen. Whether you're planning a fun date night, celebrating a special occasion, or simply looking for a unique night out, this class is designed to be casual, social, and beginner-friendly. No prior cooking experience is required, and you can participate in every step or simply enjoy the experience at your own pace. All ingredients, tools, and equipment are provided.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.
