You’ll learn how to mix, shape, and gently cook gnudi to perfection, mastering the delicate balance that makes this rustic dish so special. Then, we’ll bring it all together with a vibrant, from-scratch pomodoro sauce—slow-simmered tomatoes, garlic, and herbs that create a rich, comforting base worthy of your handmade creation.
And because no Italian meal is complete without a refreshing finish, you’ll also whip up a bright and zesty fresh lemon sorbet, perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy, and the ultimate palate cleanser after your savory masterpiece.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated. Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Jaime's apartment. Chef Jaime shares her home with 2 small dogs weighing under 30 pound combined. Though they will be in another room to themselves throughout the class, this class is not suitable to those allergic or afraid of dogs. Guests are invited to BYOB (beer and wine only).

Please note that class will be hosted in Chef Jaime's apartment. Guests are invited to BYOB (beer and wine only). Please no more than one bottle of wine per pair. Chef Jaime shares her home with 2 small dogs weighing under 30 pound combined. Though they will be in another room to themselves throughout the class, this class is not suitable to those allergic or afraid of dogs. Please be on time. The apartment is located on the first floor so it’s just a half flight up. You can ring the buzzer upon arrival or text the chef. Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable. See terms and policy.
