Discover the joy of making fresh pasta into delicious and unique stuffed ravioli using silky semolina dough, a creamy ricotta–parmesan filling, and a luxurious white béchamel sauce. In this class you earn to roll make and roll out pasta from scratch, learn to shape the pasta and craft a delicious filling and sauce to finish. Your end result will surely impress your next dinner guests!
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed 21+ only please. Per local law a food item must be purchased at the AC Lounge in order to purchase alcoholic beverages.
