This class is offered in-person at Northern Westchester Hospital and is open to expecting parents in the community.
About this Event

This in-person class prepares expectant families for the birthing experience, and is recommended to be taken during the third trimester. Only one ticket/payment required per couple. Light lunch will be provided. Open to expecting parents in the community.

This class includes:

An overview of Labor & Delivery
Signs and symptoms of labor
Early, active & transitional labor
Procedures common in Labor & Delivery
Relaxation & breathing techniques
Cesarean section
Pain Medic*tion/epidural management
