Important things to know before you register:
- This registration is for the full in-person series, held on Tuesdays, 10/6, no class week of 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, and 11/17
- This class series is for people who have recently given birth and have a newborn between 1 and 4 months old.
- Class takes place at Vanderbilt Birth Center.
Thrive will help you find your footing as a new parent. It will also help you confidently take one step at a time as you learn about your new role.
Each class addresses a specific topic. Guest speakers with professional experience on certain topics appear for certain weeks.
The Thrive class:
- Provides an opportunity for you to deeply connect with other new moms
- Helps you discover the new aspects of yourself as a mother
- Helps you develop the tools you need to care for your family
- Helps you find balance in the “new normal.”
