About this Event
What changes when you stop dimming yourself?
Color can change what you notice when you look in the mirror.
The right conversation can change what you recognize in yourself.
In Full Color: Style, Sparkle & Connection is an intimate gathering for 25 women who are ready to explore what makes them feel confident, visible, and fully themselves.
Hosted privately at Kendra Scott in Suburban Square before the store opens to the public, this two-hour experience brings together personal style, meaningful coaching, beautiful jewelry, light brunch bites, and the opportunity to meet women you will be glad you know.
No performative networking. No forced vulnerability. No standing in a circle explaining what you do for a living before anyone has bothered to learn who you are.
This morning is designed to help you see yourself differently.
A coaching experience with Kelly Meerbott
At the heart of the morning, award-winning executive leadership coach and TEDx speaker Kelly Meerbott, PCC, CCTS-I, will lead a guided coaching experience:
What Changes When You Stop Dimming Yourself?
Together, we will explore:
- Where you may be making yourself smaller to keep other people comfortable
- What becomes possible when you trust your voice, instincts, and presence
- The strengths other people recognize in you that you may still be discounting
- One decision you are ready to make with greater clarity and self-trust
You will leave with a personal reflection and one specific commitment for showing up more fully in your work, relationships, or next chapter.
Kelly has spent more than 17 years coaching executives, founders, Fortune 100 leaders, military officers, and women navigating significant growth and transition. Her work combines emotional intelligence, trauma-informed insight, neuroscience, radical honesty, and practical strategy.
She does not tell people who they should become. She helps them recognize who they already are and stop negotiating against it.
