Pro class designed to research individual movement qualities through imagery led scores. A range of durational tasks and some research rep.About this Event
We'll be feeding compositions of imagery, sensation and quality scored through a range of parameters, in a durational, recycling format. The focus will be independently refining and digging deeper into the qualities that you find; a type of practice where any decision is worthy - the conscious and the involuntary - in building the language of your improvised world.
