The Practical Implications of the Building Safety Act: Gateway Applications for Listed Buildings
Join us in person at Broadway House on July 30, 2026 at 9:30 AM (BST) for a deep dive into the Building Safety Act and its practical impacts, focusing on the Gateway Application of listed buildings.
This event is a great chance to get up to speed with the latest on building safety regulations and what they mean for you and a chance to Network (see video).
This is great for - Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, Specialist Designers, Conservations Specialists, Block Managers and those facilitating the HNW.
The morning session will walk through the Building Safety Act, Golden Thread and what it means to you and how to apply it; plus a interactive case study of the first project to go through court under the Building Safety Act.
The afternoon session will unpack the first listed building to apply through the Gateway Applicaiton process as an HRB; presented with the lead Architect who headed the design and application, and the pitfalls they faced. This includes a Q&A session for your to ask questions.
