About this Event
Investing in Multi-family Properties with Accountability, Credibility, and Transparency.
IMPACT is your monthly meet-up designed to bring together multifamily investors, syndicators, and students ready to grow, collaborate, and make real moves in the real estate space. Join us every 3rd Thursday of the month at Filippi’s in Scripps, San Diego, for an evening of expert insights, networking, and tactical strategies to elevate your syndication game.
Whether you're actively syndicating deals, just getting started, or looking to level up your multifamily investment journey, IMPACT is the room you want to be in.
Each month, we gather with purpose—discussing real strategies around:
- Team Building for long-term success
- Underwriting techniques that make deals pencil
- Building broker relationships that lead to off-market opportunities
- Raising capital and finding the right investors
- Improving your syndication process for scale and efficiency
You’ll hear from seasoned professionals who’ve been in the trenches and are actively making an impact in the multifamily space. Plus, attendees are encouraged to share pitch decks, get feedback, and forge valuable connections.
Come hungry—Filippi’s is known for its food—and leave with tools, tactics, and contacts to move your real estate journey forward.
