Learn practical ways to measure, capture and communicate your organisation's impact through data, stories and effective reporting.
About this Event

Join Norse Group for a practical, interactive workshop designed for charities and community organisations looking to strengthen their impact reporting.

Understanding and communicating the difference your organisation makes is increasingly important when applying for funding, reporting to trustees, engaging donors and demonstrating accountability to stakeholders. This session will explore practical approaches to collecting meaningful information and turning it into compelling reports that tell your organisation's story.

There will be an opportunity from 1.00pm to enjoy tea, biscuits and networking before the workshop begins promptly at 1.30pm.

During the workshop, we will cover:

  • Identifying and measuring meaningful outcomes
  • Using data and stories together to demonstrate impact
  • Collecting and managing impact data
  • Understanding social value frameworks and reporting approaches
  • Practical tools and templates to support reporting
  • Turning evidence into compelling reports for funders, donors and stakeholders
  • Peer discussion, feedback and shared learning

Participants are encouraged to bring along examples of their own reports, plans or impact data for discussion and feedback.

Whether you're new to impact reporting or looking to improve your current approach, you'll leave with practical ideas, useful tools and greater confidence in communicating the value of your work.
