About this Event
Most leaders move so quickly that they rarely pause to ask: Is the way I’m working actually working? This session offers a much-needed reset using the Look Back / Leap Ahead model - an eight-dimension framework that helps leaders reflect on their energy, boundaries, focus, pace, habits, and overall well-being.
What you will gain:
Participants will gain clarity on what’s fueling their leadership and what’s draining it. They’ll identify small, meaningful shifts that support steadier decision-making, stronger boundaries, and a more aligned way of leading.
A companion workbook is provided, including reflection prompts, balance assessments, and planning tools leaders can revisit throughout the year to stay aligned and intentional.
