Through singing bowls, gongs, drums, flutes, vocals, handpan, chimes, guitar, piano, harp, and other instruments, Taran creates a harmonic environment designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, release emotions, and restore balance throughout the mind, body, and spirit. The experience concludes with time for meaningful discussion and shared reflection.
