This experience will be co-facilitated by two sound practitioners, weaving our complementary energies, instruments and unique approaches together to create a rich and layered experience.

Journey Overview
We’ll begin by grounding into the space together, followed by a guided meditation to settle the body and gently transition into our immersive sound journey.
For the next two hours, you’ll be invited to fully rest and receive from the comfort of your own mat, surrounded by pillows, blankets and supportive props. Led by two sound facilitators, the journey weaves together a variety of instruments, frequencies and vibrations, with Reiki offered throughout to further support the experience.
As the sound journey comes to completion, we’ll slowly return to the space before gathering for a closing share, warm tea and light snacks with fellow journeyers.
Fall invites us to reflect on what we’ve cultivated and harvested throughout the seasons behind us, while beginning the natural transition inward as we prepare for winter. These themes of harvest, release and turning inward will be gently woven throughout the journey, creating space to reflect, soften and connect more deeply with yourself.
