Join us for a deeply restorative sound immersion designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you to your embodied intelligence.Guided by Kati Astraeir - visionary artist, ceremonial vocalist, and sound practitioner - this curated journey weaves harmonic vocal transmissions, didgeridoo, gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, and other instruments, into a grounded, integrative container.
This is not simply a sound bath.
It is a carefully facilitated descent into parasympathetic restoration and expanded awareness.
Through breath, tone, and layered frequencies, you’ll be guided to:
• Settle the mind and calm the stress response
• Release emotional and energetic congestion
• Restore clarity and inner coherence
• Reconnect with your authentic presence
Let your body soften.
Let your breath become the bridge.
Let resonance reorganize what effort cannot.
You’ll emerge clearer, steadier, and more attuned.
