Our annual Halloween special is back! Mark your calendars for Saturday October 3rd, 12pm - until we stop! Spend the day with us, our artists, and vendors. $31 tattoos and $30 piercings by 3rd Floor Piercing, (including jewelry). The whole event is an 18+ event. First come, first served. Valid, physical, state issued ID required. Tattoos are arms and legs only, no changes, no color, limit 2 per person to start. Piercings will be ears and nose only, limit 2 per person. We will be having vendors providing tricks and treats. We will be announcing those shortly. Give us a call at 309-454-2299 with questions. Plan to get here early!
