This tournament is open to all IB&SA registered players who have played in this season’s inter-club competition in accordance with the conditions stated in the IB&SA Rule book. Entry Fee of $25.00 is to be paid on the day to the Tournament Organiser prior to play. This tournament will be a round robin format on Saturday of one hour matches with the qualifiers playing off in a knockout pre-quarter final of one hour on Saturday (if req). On Sunday the quarter finals and semi finals will be one and a half hours with final being 2 hours. All matches are played off scratch. The first 4 players will be seeded by last years placings to the semi finals, then Players will be seeded first by gradings, then handicaps and season percentage as of the end of the round prior to the closing date. There will be two seeds per group in round robin. All Players will be required to referee games up to but not including the final. Dress rules will be as per the IB&SA rule book with the following exception; Sunday will require formal dress which includes dress pants, long sleeve shirt, waistcoat and dress leather shoes. As this is a round robin tournament late nominations may be accepted if players have forfeited in accordance with the IB&SA Rule Book.
