About this Event
Igniting Second Chances: A Comeback Catalyst Event
Comeback Catalyst invites you to an evening at the Schulich School of Business with the partners who make our work possible: business leaders, community organizations, foundations and friends who believe talent is everywhere and opportunity should be too.
The average income for formerly incarcerated Canadians is $14,000 a year. Comeback Catalyst is changing that by helping justice-involved individuals launch their own businesses after incarceration. More than 160 founders have graduated from the program, and 49 businesses have launched to date. None of that happens without our partners, and this evening is a chance to come together, celebrate what we have built and connect with the founders at the heart of it.
The Evening
Arrive for refreshments and good conversation with partners from across business and the community sector, and meet graduates of the Comeback Catalyst program. Hear from our partners and our presenting sponsor, the Schulich School of Business on why supporting justice-involved entrepreneurs matters.
Get a first look at what comes next for Comeback Catalyst, and the night closes with time to connect with founders, partners, community leaders and executives from across the Toronto region.
Attendees
Our partners and friends: business and community leaders, corporate partners, foundation representatives, Schulich alumni and faculty, and entrepreneurs. People who believe opportunity should not depend on a person’s past.
Space is limited. We would love to see you there.
