Ignite the Light invites Cache Valley leaders, community advocates, and influencers to experience 1 Degree of Separation: A Funny Look at Depression and Suicide—an unexpectedly funny and refreshingly honest conversation about something that affects nearly every family and community.
Through comedy, real stories, vulnerability, and practical conversation, 1Degree breaks down stigma and helps everyday people feel more comfortable talking about the hard stuff. You’ll laugh, recognize someone you care about in the stories, and leave with a better understanding of what to say when someone is struggling.
