About this Event
Expect the first hour to be an upbeat Pilates/Blend practice. We will target the whole body igniting fire, building strength, creating sweat and pulsing to some funky beats. The next hour we will be dedicated to rest and restoration. We will cool the body down with deep breaths, slow movements and long, intentional stretches.
This workshop is the perfect blend of strength, grace and rest. We work towards balancing the Yang (sun) and Yin (moon) energy. Accessible for all bodies, all levels, options given throughout.
