A dynamic 60-Minute Power Yoga Vinyasa class synced with upbeat music, which may include lyrics. This class follows the same arc as Soul Clarity Flow and includes Pilates-style core work and more time spent in standing Asana flow poses. You’ll have time to explore peak poses, and linked standing balance poses or inversions are included. Wind down with floor twists, inversions, and core strengthening on the belly or back. Savasana is a little shorter in our Ignite Beats class. Bring the Fire, leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and strong.
