Erik Hiep is the founder of The Next Level, a leadership and management consultancy that has been advising senior executives, management teams, and boards since 2002. With experience across more than 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, Erik has helped organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, and build high-performing teams.
Alongside his consulting work, Erik serves as an Associate Professor at IE Business School, where he brings the same practical, business-focused approach into the classroom. He holds an MBA from the University of Glasgow and is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy of the Netherlands.
