Hey everyone! I called and text everyone involved prior to making this post.
I wanted to personally reach out with a quick update about this Sunday, Aug 9th.
Due to some last-minute permit and insurance costs, we’ve had to pivot away from doing the full block party. But don’t worry the heart of the event is 100% still happening!
We are still doing FREE haircuts for as many kids and teens as we can, plus FREE face painting! ✂️?
All of our sponsorship funds are going directly to support a local school drive and Heartland CASA.
Also, all the amazing local businesses who were going to set up tents have generously jumped into our $10 Raffle instead!
The raffle prizes will be announced this week and you can buy tickets at the event or donate directly to heartland casa
I am so grateful to every business and sponsor helping bring this to life for our kids. We’ll be sharing the full update on the news this Thursday, too!
Please come by this Sunday, get the kids lined up for free cuts, and grab a raffle ticket to help us give back.
