Gods, giants, monsters, magic and the end of the world...Welcome to Norse mythology.
If you've ever been curious about the stories behind Odin, Thor, Loki and the Nine Worlds, this introduction to Norse myths is a chance to discover where those stories actually came from and they're often much stranger than the versions you might already know.
We'll explore some of the gods and figures at the heart of Norse mythology, the beliefs and stories surrounding them, and the myths that have survived for centuries.
You don't need to know anything about Norse mythology before you come.
This isn't a lecture for experts. It's for curious people who fancy spending an evening learning about something fascinating and coming away with a few new stories to tell.
Come with someone or come on your own, grab a drink and settle in for something a little different.
Perfect for mythology lovers, history fans, fantasy readers or anyone who simply thinks, “That sounds interesting.”
