This will be a shorter-than-usual 1 hour 15 minute session, featuring a focused tasting of three wines.
Discover what makes Andalucía such a unique wine-growing region, from its distinctive albariza soils and geographic position to the warm, coastal climate that shapes the character of its wines.
We’ll also take a closer look at the fascinating Solera maturation system — the traditional method behind the complexity and consistency of Sherry, and one of the most distinctive aspects of its winemaking tradition.
Our selection of Sherries will be paired with Iberian almonds and palate cleansers throughout the tasting, allowing you to explore the different styles and flavours side by side.
