About this Event
How do you know when you’re home?
Is it crossing the threshold and closing the door behind you?
Taking off your shoes?
The familiar things around you?
Or perhaps it’s less about a place and more about the feeling of returning to yourself.
As autumn settles in and the leaves begin to turn, the trees are making their own kind of return. Before their leaves fall, they draw nourishment back inward, keeping what they need and returning that energy towards their roots.
Perhaps autumn doesn’t have to be all about letting go.
Perhaps there’s something to return to first.
I Wonder… What I’m Returning To? is an invitation to pause and notice what you’re bringing home with you as the year begins to draw inward.
What has nourished you?
What have you gathered through the experiences, people and places that have shaped your year?
What might you want to bring closer, carry forward or return to yourself?
And perhaps, what have you been carrying home that doesn’t really belong there?
Through guided breathwork, gentle enquiry and time to simply notice, we’ll follow autumn’s movement inward. There’s no need to arrive with an answer, and nothing you need to release.
Just bring yourself, your breath and a little curiosity.
What to expect:
• Gentle grounding practices
• A guided conscious connected breathwork journey with music and spacious silence
• Time for reflection and integration
• Optional sharing circle
• A warm, welcoming environment for both new and experienced breathers
No previous breathwork experience is needed.
Arrive as you are, there's space for you here.
