Who were you before life got so full?

Before the routines, the responsibilities, the relationships, the versions of yourself you had to become.

This circle is about noticing what's still there. The things you used to love. The habits, the softness, the playfulness, the confidence. The parts of you that you set down without ever really deciding to.

We'll slow down through breath, reflection, listening, movement, and rest, and look for what still feels familiar under everything that's changed.

Finding yourself takes longer than 90 minutes. Maybe tonight you just remember one thing.

A song you used to play. A way you used to move. Something you used to do just because you liked it. A part of yourself you want to make room for again.

Speak only if you want to. Each circle takes its shape from the women in it. You're welcome exactly as you are.

From the first circle

“As a busy professional, this was exactly the kind of evening I needed. I learned a few new things, met people I actually connected with, and left feeling lighter than when I arrived.”

Audrey
