About this Event
In celebration of National Child Day 2026, Niffy Wellness Foundation invites girls aged 10–17 to an inspiring and interactive afternoon dedicated to building confidence, encouraging self-expression, promoting well-being, and empowering young voices.
Guided by the 2026 theme, “Growing Up Digital: Protecting Children’s Rights in a Digital World,” this special gathering will create a welcoming space for girls to explore their rights, share their experiences, build meaningful connections, and develop the confidence to navigate today’s increasingly digital world.
Through age-appropriate conversations and engaging activities, participants will discover why their voices matter and how they can advocate for themselves while respecting and supporting others.
Our Three Key Focus Areas
PROTECTION — SAFE
Every girl deserves to feel safe, both online and offline. We will explore personal boundaries, digital safety, online bullying, and the importance of recognizing and speaking up about unsafe situations.
PROVISION — HEALTHY
Every girl deserves the support and resources needed to thrive. Conversations will explore emotional well-being, self-esteem, healthy digital habits, and navigating social media pressures with confidence.
PARTICIPATION — HEARD
Every girl deserves to be heard and taken seriously. Through interactive discussions and activities, participants will be encouraged to express their opinions, ask questions, share ideas, and recognize the value of their unique voices.

Whether your daughter is naturally outspoken or still discovering her voice, this experience is designed to encourage her to recognize her worth, embrace her individuality, and understand that her opinions and well-being matter.
Registration Information
Admission is FREE, but registration is required.
Spaces are limited to ensure a meaningful and engaging experience for participants.
Parents or legal guardians are required to complete the registration on behalf of their children.
