I Gotta Kata - Nage No Kata Masterclass with Frances Glaze

Join us at Kokushi Midwest Judo on Saturday, December 12, 2026, for the "I Gotta Kata" seminar series! We are thrilled to host Frances Glaze for an immersive, deep-dive clinic dedicated entirely to Nage-no-Kata.
Whether you are learning the principles of kuzushi, tsukuri, and kake for the first time or polishing your technique for promotion, Sensei Glaze will guide you through the fundamental mechanics, body positioning, and timing that make this kata come alive.
