Following a successful launch event and the recent award of Warwickshire County Council funding, we'd love to bring our community together to connect, share experiences and help shape the future of our Community Advocacy & Empowerment Hubs.
Whether you've attended one of our events before or are joining us for the first time, you'll receive a warm welcome.
About I AM IChronic CIC
I AM IChronic CIC is a disabled-led, autistic-run Community Interest Company focused on empowering people through advocacy, reducing isolation and creating positive change through lived experience.
Through community hubs, advocacy, awareness raising and education, we work to build more inclusive and understanding communities for adults living with chronic illness, disability and neurodivergence.
