Join us for our first San Diego Community Walk! 💛
We’re so excited to officially launch I AM ENDOMETRIOSIS San Diego Community Walks, a new monthly meet-up created to bring our local endometriosis community together.
Our first walk will be Sunday, November 8th from 9:00–10:30 AM in North County, San Diego!
This is a FREE community event open to anyone impacted by endometriosis, PMOS, PMDD, menopause, or other women’s health conditions and chronic illnesses. Whether you have a diagnosis, are still searching for answers, are navigating a new season of your health, or simply want to connect with people who get it, you are welcome! Friends, family, partners, and support people are welcome too!
Come exactly as you are and move in whatever way feels good for your body. Walk at your own pace and for as long or as little as you’d like. There is absolutely no pressure to complete the entire walk or keep up with anyone else.
We want these monthly walks to be a space where we can encourage movement, get outside, and connect with one another, while also recognizing that chronic illness, pain, and disability look different for everyone. Take breaks, turn around early, sit something out, or modify however you need. The goal is simply to move and be together.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A casual community walk focused on connection, conversation, and getting outside together. This is not a workout or a race, and there is absolutely no pressure to keep a certain pace.
We know that living with endometriosis can look different from day to day, so listen to your body and participate in whatever way feels best for you.

And this is just the beginning. San Diego Community Walks will be held monthly, giving us a consistent space to connect with others in the local endometriosis community. Grab your walking shoes, bring some water, and come meet your San Diego endo community.
