Join us for a powerful women's circle with meditation and restorative Sound Bath. This journey is open to all women who seek to support and honour the collective energy of balance, renewal and manifestation. Please note that ticket sells are very limited in order for each participate to have the most optimal experience.
We begin the session giving voice and acknowledgement to the ebb and flow in our lives. This leads to guided breathing and meditation to clear the mind and connect deeply with your inner intentions to spark manifestation. As you settle into stillness, you will be enveloped by the pure, heart-opening vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls subtly infused with the essence of Palo Santo & Lavender - to clear out the negative and invite positive enegry and calmness.

- Suitable for All Levels: Whether you are new to sound healing and breathwork or have prior experience, this session is open to everyone.
- Bring your yoga mat, bottle water and wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a sweater/sweatshirt for warmth. If you need a blanket/cover please bring it with you, I will also have some extra just in case.
- Please bring an open mind and a positive attitude as we experience deep relaxation
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to ensure a smooth and timely session. The doors will close at the event start time.
- Health Precautions: Sound baths and sound healing sessions are not suitable for individuals with metal implants, sensitivity to sound, those in the first trimester of pregnancy, individuals with severe mental health conditions, or epilepsy.
- Pre-Session Recommendations: For optimal experience, try to avoid consuming coffee or heavy meals 2-3 hours before the session. Additionally, ensure your nose is not blocked prior to and during the session.
- Cancellation Policy: NO REFUNDS -you can use your ticket as credit for the next session that you are available to attend. For emergancies we can make an exception.
- We may take photos and videos to post on social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let me know in advance or during the event, and we will ensure your preferences are respected.
