SWEAT440 Prestonwood is hosting a full simulation (all runs and 8 stations) of HYROX to prepare all HYROX Dallas participants, as well as anyone who has a race coming up elsewhere and would like to experience the full event before race day! We will be starting one heat every 10 minutes. Each heat will include two participants.
The aim here is to get an idea of what needs to be tweaked in your training before race day - and to get a feel for what it feels like to complete the entire race! We will have coaches here to help assist with form and give tips for race day.
