About this Event
Hyrox Caerphilly Sim – Are You Ready to Level Up?
Join us at Team Rees Gym for the ultimate Hyrox simulation event! Whether you're a competitive athlete or just up for an epic fitness challenge, this is your chance to test your limits in a high-energy, Hyrox-style workout experience.
Expect a day packed with intensity, community spirit, and serious motivation. You'll face a series of simulated Hyrox challenges designed to push your strength, endurance, and mental grit to the max.
The event will be organised by expected finish time, with the fastest athletes heading out first—so please select the appropriate ticket when registering. Also, please note that the running sections will take place outside on public highways, so be prepared and stay aware.
Come for the sweat, stay for the vibes—this is more than just a workout. It's a chance to see what you're really made of.
Bring the energy. Bring the effort. Be Hyrox ready.
