About this Event
This session combines guided hypnosis with the soothing sound of singing bowls and other healing instruments to promote deep relaxation, inner awareness, regulate the nervous system, release stress and tension, and cultivate greater emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.
Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention, similar to becoming completely absorbed in a book or movie. Contrary to popular myths, you remain awake, aware, and in control throughout the session. You cannot be made to do anything against your will, and you can choose to accept or reject any suggestion. As the mind becomes more relaxed and focused, positive suggestions may be more easily received, supporting healthy changes in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
