About this Event

Hypnosis for Letting Go - An Experiential Workshop:

In celebration of the one year anniversary of The Salty Blossom yoga studio, please join us for this free experiential workshop.

In yoga philosophy, vairāgya is a Sanskrit term that means detachment, dispassion, or renunciation. It is one of the two essential qualities for spiritual growth, the other being abhyāsa (consistent practice).

Hypnosis and meditation (also at the heart of yoga philosophy) share the same brain wave state, a state where we can practice vairāgya, or letting go.

In this free workshop, Valerie Martínez (CMS-CHt) will introduce you to hypnosis and hypnotherapy and then guide you through a hypnotic journey designed to cultivate letting go of patterns, people, experiences, and other obstacles that are holding you back.

Valerie Martínez is a Certified Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Fellow with the International Board of Hypnotherapy. She has been attending yoga classes with Danielle Parker, at The Salty Blossom, since it opened in October of 2025.
