Hypertension 101 is a workshop that provides an overview of hypertension, how to prevent and control it, as well as how to accurately measure and self-monitor blood pressure.

- This is a leading cause of heart disease and stroke, which together K*ll more New Yorkers than any other disease.
- More than one in four New Yorkers have high blood pressure, but there are usually no symptoms.
Dates:
- December 16 | 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
- January 13 | 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
- February 10 | 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
- April 14 | 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
