About this Event
Bundle up and join HRRP for a fun and informative walk along the Hutchinson River with local Hutch expert Amelia Zaino and our outreach director Cat McGrath to learn about the area's local history while discussing ongoing restoration efforts on the Hutch.
We will be meeting at First Avenue at Exit 6A in Pelham, and walking beneath the parkway, and into Willson’s Woods Park in Mount Vernon.
Learn how to use iNaturalist to begin documenting the trees, plants, birds and other living things you discover along the way!
This walk is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your community, enjoy the outdoors, and spend a refreshing fall morning learning and exploring together.
