It’s a time to tie up loose ends, recognise what is no longer serving us and create space for new beginnings.

🌿 Finding the courage to reclaim our energy and stand firmly in our own power.
🌿 Taking part in a group cord-cutting ritual, symbolically releasing the ties that hold us back and making space to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
This will be a supportive space to reflect, release and reconnect with yourself, surrounded by like-minded souls. There is no pressure to share anything personal; simply come as you are and take part in a way that feels right for you.
