Root Vegetable salad, Buffalo Milk Cheese Whip, Magnolia vinaigrette.
Venison Schnitzel, Nourish Farms Mushroom gravy, Duck Sausage Collards
Cornmeal cake with muscadine compote and a mascarpone whip.
Each course will be paired with a wine complementing the flavors.
