Find Your Voice at Merthyr Speakers Club
Would you like to feel more confident when speaking in front of others? Whether you want to improve your presentation skills, speak up more clearly at work, prepare for interviews, build leadership skills, or simply meet friendly local people, Merthyr Speakers Club is a welcoming place to start.
Join us at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, 6 October 2026 at Merthyr Labour Club and discover how Toastmasters helps people grow in confidence through practice, encouragement and helpful feedback.
Your first visit is free, with no obligation to join and no pressure to speak. You can simply come along, watch the meeting, meet our members, and see how everything works. During the evening, you can expect prepared speeches, short speaking activities, supportive evaluations, and plenty of encouragement in a relaxed and friendly setting.
Toastmasters has been helping people build confidence, communication and leadership skills since 1924. Our meetings are open to adults of all experience levels, from complete beginners to experienced speakers who want to keep improving.
We meet on the first and third Tuesdays of every month at the Merthyr Labour Club.
