Human Risk & Insider Threat: Advanced Strategies Workshop

Insider threat incidents rarely emerge without warning. In most cases, early indicators appear first through behavioral changes, workplace conflict, employee disengagement, and unresolved grievances, areas where HR professionals are uniquely positioned to detect and intervene.

This advanced half-day workshop is designed specifically for HR leaders, Employee Relations professionals, and HR Business Partners who want to move beyond compliance-based approaches and develop practical, proactive strategies to manage insider risk at its earliest stages.

Participants will learn how insider risk develops over time, how organizational events and HR actions can unintentionally increase or reduce risk, and how structured, conflict-informed intervention strategies can prevent escalation.

This workshop also incorporates a conflict-informed and psychologically grounded perspective, including insights into how employee stress, identity disruption, perceived injustice, and workplace conflict influence insider risk behavior and how early, professional intervention can change outcomes.
