Hey there chocolate lovers! What can science do to chocolate? Oh, the fun! Come learn and taste what chocolate makers who are food scientists or engineers are doing to the wonderful world of single origin bean to bar craft chocolate. Trust us, you don't want to miss out!

Come prepared to sample chocolate from a variety of makers using methods and ingredients to explore chocolate and flavor. This is a fun way to meet fellow chocolate enthusiasts and to EAT MORE CHOCOLATE!
Included:
Ample samples of single origin bean to bar chocolate, a palatte cleanse, and instruction.
Class will be held in person in Dayton and virtually. Tickets are available begining March 30, 2026. Register via Eventbrite and pay in person at Peace on Fifth.
