Human Library

For over 25 years, the Human Library Organization has been fostering understanding through courageous conversations. Instead of borrowing a book, the Human Library allows participants in this event to check out a trained volunteer who serves as an “open book” by offering an insightful dialogue about their lived experience. "Books" and "Readers" can speak personally and privately in a structured, protected, free space for a limited time, without any further commitment.
