This joyful, low-impact cardio workout is perfect for all ages, body types, and fitness levels—including beginners and expecting moms (pregnancy hoops available). You’ll learn waist, hip, and off-body hooping techniques plus the HoopFit® Workout, a unique fusion of hoop dance and cardio.
No experience needed—just come ready to laugh and move! Wear yoga or workout clothes. Bring your own hoop or purchase one at class.
