About this Event
Join Gabe & Amanda as we open several vintages of a single Obelisco varietal side by side and taste how the same wine changes with time. We'll explore fruit, tannin, oak, aroma, texture, and finish, plus barrel aging, new vs. neutral oak, why some wines age for years while others are best young, cellaring, and when decanting actually helps. All experience levels welcome.
